Joe TE ran T3h Sonic Battle Project, the very thing that got me into Battle Style spriting, and encouraged me to be better. By allowing me to use his Super Sonic sheet and make Nazo (back when he gave permission), he gave me access to see how his sheets were created, which I used for a while as a guideline for shading and modelling.

Oh, and his Character is cool.

So, I decided to draw the guy in an unfamiliar style: Paper style. I joked on his page about having Paper Giga Bowser, then I thought "What would Joe look like in Paper Mario style?" So, that's what I sprited.

I always thought in PM games, that the characters have a cute sense of strong character about them, so I tryed to fit that into the sprite. I based the model off the Battle style one, of course.
